📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participating in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals to patients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid model, including both in-office and remote work.
