📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee legal processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's management and employees.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Ensure efficient administration of legal matters, including case management and record-keeping.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential issues.
- Train and mentor junior legal staff to maintain high standards of legal practice.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate compliance and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
- Proficient in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Certification in corporate compliance or a related field is a plus.
