As a Medical Education & Training Manager at Beauty World Indonesia, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our medical and clinical staff. You will work closely with industry experts to ensure that our training materials are up-to-date and aligned with the latest medical advancements. Your daily tasks will include creating training schedules, conducting workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive medical education and training programs for Beauty World Indonesia's healthcare professionals.
• Design and deliver training workshops, webinars, and online courses using platforms like Moodle and Zoom.
• Collaborate with medical experts and industry leaders to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
• Create and maintain training schedules, ensuring they align with the company's goals and the needs of the healthcare team.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and trends to incorporate them into our training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with the HR team to integrate medical education into the overall employee development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical education and training, preferably in the beauty and healthcare industry.
• Certification in medical education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical software and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, and Medscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
