Tropical Health Institute of Bangka Belitung is seeking a dedicated Public Health Entomologist - Vector Control Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in the fight against vector-borne diseases in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, implementing control measures, and providing expert advice on vector management strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct field surveys and research to identify and monitor vector populations.,Develop and implement vector control strategies to reduce disease transmission.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to public health authorities.,Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to promote vector control initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of vector control programs.,Stay updated with the latest developments in vector biology and control methods.,Prepare reports and presentations on vector control activities and findings.,Participate in training and capacity building activities for local health workers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Public Health, or related field.,Master's degree preferred.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in vector control or related field.,Strong understanding of vector-borne diseases and their transmission.,Proficient in field data collection and analysis techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
