🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a remote work environment,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in project management tools and software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
