📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily clinic operations.,Schedule and manage appointments for patients.,Maintain and update patient records and medical files.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's inventory.,Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow.,Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or dental industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
