📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage production.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
