📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.,Assist in the preparation of daily menus and special requests.,Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistency in food quality.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good understanding of health and safety regulations.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
