📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.,Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize digital marketing content.,Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.,Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and search engine marketing.,Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.,Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when necessary.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
