In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution.,Provide regular reports and updates on distribution performance to senior management.,Lead and mentor junior distribution officers to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution practices is a plus.
