📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide appropriate support.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
