📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success,Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders,Recruit, train, and manage a team of project managers and support staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior design industry,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion,Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes,Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills,Proficiency in project management software and tools,Familiarity with the Bali market and local regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
