📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve store goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market dynamics is a plus.
