📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a similar industry,Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical content,Familiarity with technical tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English is a plus
