📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food for the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and food cost control.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
