As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including managing guest lists, seating arrangements, and event logistics.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure that all banquet events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to banquet guests, ensuring that all items are presented in an appealing manner.,Set up and break down banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and equipment, as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring that all facilities are in good condition for the next event.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with banquet facilities and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.,Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (9 kg) occasionally as needed.
