In this role, you will work closely with local artisans, designers, and entrepreneurs to identify their needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to help them succeed. You will leverage your network and industry knowledge to connect them with potential partners, investors, and customers, and facilitate access to resources such as workshops, mentorship, and funding opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of local creative industries
• Build and maintain relationships with local artisans, designers, and entrepreneurs to understand their needs and challenges
• Connect creatives with potential partners, investors, and customers to facilitate business growth
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking events to support the development of creative talent
• Leverage digital tools and platforms to promote and showcase local creative products and services
• Collaborate with other stakeholders in the creative economy ecosystem to drive innovation and collaboration
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives and programs to ensure they are achieving their goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the development of strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the creative economy or related field
• Strong understanding of the local creative economy and its stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of people
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms such as Canva, Trello, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for and commitment to supporting the growth of local creative industries
