Gold Home Lestari is seeking a dedicated and professional Deputy Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Batang. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing information about the property and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Maintain accurate records of guest information, including check-in/check-out times, room assignments, and special requests.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.,Operate front desk systems and software to manage reservations, billing, and other administrative tasks.,Promote the property's amenities, services, and special offers to guests, enhancing their overall experience.,Assist in managing the front desk area, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for front desk operations.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented personality.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
