Salon Oka Dental Clinic is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for providing excellent food service. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for patients and staff,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner,Keep track of food inventory and place orders as needed,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members,Participate in health and safety inspections and audits,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations,Assist in the development and implementation of the clinic's food service menu

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Strong background in culinary arts and food preparation,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and patient care,Ability to work in a hybrid environment,Valid food handler's certificate
