📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to support business growth.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor junior finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and practices.
