📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
