In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that we provide the best service to our customers. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all aspects of the pharmacy's operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the pharmacy's performance.
  • Manage and mentor the pharmacy's staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the pharmacy's operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or operational role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
