📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver technical workshops to enhance the skills of our technicians.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions using industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other relevant software.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to technicians to improve their performance and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the needs of the technicians.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training or a related role.
• Certification in technical training or a relevant field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of technical tools and software such as SAP, Oracle, and other industry-standard applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
