As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.,Handle and manage mail, packages, and deliveries.,Assist with event planning and coordination, if necessary.,Perform general administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
