📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
