📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and visual assets,Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns,Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and meet the company's quality standards,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Provide design support to other departments as needed,Manage and mentor junior designers in the team,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
