📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.,Lead the recruitment and selection process for all F&B outlets, ensuring that we hire the best talent available.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners.,Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.,Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Work closely with the management team to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, with a focus on the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining top talent.,Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.
