📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries and desserts.,Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients.,Participate in cost control and menu planning activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to the development of the restaurant's culinary vision.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Valid food handler's certification.
