📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the service advisor team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Provide technical guidance and support to service advisors, ensuring high-quality customer service and vehicle maintenance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle repair and maintenance processes.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service advisor team, providing feedback and training as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and repair, with a strong background in customer service.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.,Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the latest technology and trends in the automotive industry is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
