As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and converting potential merchants into Unlimit's network. You'll leverage your sales acumen and business development skills to build strong relationships with merchants, understand their needs, and tailor Unlimit's solutions to meet those needs. With a competitive salary of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 20,000,000 per bulan, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and make a significant impact in Bali's business community.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, contact, and convert potential merchants into Unlimit's network through strategic referral partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business owners
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Unlimit's merchant base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new merchants
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand Unlimit's reach
- Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and ensure their satisfaction with Unlimit's products and services
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing merchant networks
- Strong understanding of the local business environment in Bali
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Enthusiasm for travel and a willingness to work in various locations across Bali
