📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and install HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems, performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Optimize system performance through energy audits and retrofitting, reducing energy consumption and operational costs.
• Conduct load calculations and select appropriate equipment for new installations, considering factors like climate, building design, and occupant needs.
• Provide technical support and training to facility managers and maintenance staff.
• Ensure all work is documented accurately, including as-built drawings, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HVAC and mechanical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field, preferably with a focus on building systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance, with a strong track record in high-end properties.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Trane Trace.
• Valid professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, NCARB, or equivalent) are a plus.
