📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and monitor facility maintenance schedules using software like SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade facility equipment.
• Develop and implement facility improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility supervision, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team of facility staff.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
