In this role, you'll use industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design eye-catching visuals, and operate various printing equipment such as offset presses, large-format printers, and cutting machines. Your daily tasks will include managing print jobs, ensuring color accuracy, and maintaining equipment to meet tight deadlines. Additionally, you'll handle cashier duties, managing transactions and ensuring smooth operations at our retail counter.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create high-quality print materials using Adobe Creative Suite
• Operate and maintain printing equipment including offset presses, large-format printers, and cutting machines
• Manage print jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
• Handle cashier duties, including transactions, inventory management, and customer service
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Monitor and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of printing supplies
• Stay updated with industry trends and new printing technologies to continuously improve workflow efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print Media, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and print production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with offset printing equipment and large-format printers
• Strong understanding of color management and print processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
