📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end import operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of import staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient import processes.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory, and delivery schedules using SAP and other logistics software.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian import regulations and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance the overall efficiency of the import process.
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and readily accessible for audits and reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
