We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Industrial Nurse to join our team in Denpasar. In this role, you will work closely with our employees to provide medical care, conduct health assessments, and implement safety protocols. You will also collaborate with our management team to develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Every day, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from conducting health screenings and first aid to training employees on safety measures. You will use tools like the Occupational Health Management System (OHMS) and SAP Hygiene to manage and monitor health and safety data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
- Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
- Monitoring and enforcing workplace safety protocols and procedures.
- Training employees on safety measures and emergency response.
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement safety policies.
- Maintaining and updating the Occupational Health Management System (OHMS).
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Providing medical advice and guidance to employees and management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., Certified Safety Professional - CSP).
- Knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experience with OHMS and SAP Hygiene.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
